At earbij, every piece is handcrafted with care, using 925 sterling silver and natural gemstones as our core materials.
The natural textures, color variations, and tiny inclusions in gemstones are gifts from the earth—not flaws.
Similarly, the subtle irregularities of handcrafting are what make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Because of these unique qualities, we cannot accept returns based on natural variations or handmade details.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
During special seasons (such as Christmas), the return window may be extended to 30 days.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Discounted products or items purchased with a promo code
Limited edition collections

Warranty

Every earbij piece comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered under warranty:
Loose or broken clasps and fastenings
Detached gemstones or pearls
Fading of special finishes (yellow, pink, grey, or black)
Not covered under warranty:
Natural oxidation or aging of silver and gemstones
Damage caused by improper use
Partial or complete loss of jewelry
Packaging and accessories

Ring Sizing & Resizing

You may measure your own size at home or visit a local jeweler for a professional fitting. Please note: selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility, and returns due to incorrect sizing cannot be accepted.
If resizing is required, we will evaluate whether it can be done. When possible, we provide resizing as a paid service, including return shipping. The final cost depends on the degree of adjustment and whether gemstones need to be removed and reset.
In cases where the adjustment is too significant or poses a high risk to the stone, resizing may not be possible.
